Been a member for some years now and facilities have improved somewhat since David lloyd took over including the staff but they have in my opinion plastered over the cracks, the devil is on the detail.My biggest gripe is despite having family changing rooms you still get young girls in the male changing rooms with their dad's, totally unacceptable. I have four daughters and I would never of dreamed of doing that when they were small.Come on dl get your s..t together.
Nice big gym with new equipment and a range of fitness class that run throughout the day. There's an inside and outdoor swimming pool, friendly staff and a creche for the little ones. I like the soft play area, I think it's a great idea for children to play whilst the adults have a coffee and food.
Went for children's party. Staff at party tool good care of my child and she enjoyed the soft play afterwards.
Very expensive gym. Does not represent value for money.
Very good equipment, staff are lovely. Only down side is probably that its more expensive than other gyms.
