Great variety and quality of fish and equipment, however exceptionally rude staff! I went to buy some additional equipment for my new pond and discussed my current pond set up. I bought my pump and filter system from another reputable supplier and because of this the member of staffs response was I love it when customers come for advice and then go elsewhere to buy it, well youre the one who has to live with it. It just sounded like sour grapes to be honest. I agree with other reviews on here about the quality of staff. I would go as far to say they are narcissistic. Shant be going back to be lectured and made to feel ignorant!!
Found this Garden Centre after looking for another fish shop as Ripples next to me has gone down hill. Went here and it's an amazing place. The staff members are all knowledgeable and have helped me out amazingly. My RIO125 had a spike in ammonia levels and they told me exactly how to get it down and to use PURE AQUARIUM balls in the filter. My tank was back to normal after 2 weeks and now repopulated again. Defiantly visit this ripples , I will not buy fish from anywhere else
