Not a great company very very poor customer service over the phone due to their products being faulty hopefully they buck up on their customer serivce and learn that when its their fault admit it especially when the product is lifetime warranty.
Brought my first rifle from here a week ago. The chap was fantastic. Very knowledgeable on not only the products they sold but very helpful and informative on local firing ranges and insurance. Told him my budget and instead of saying something along the lines of, "oh you'll need this one, and one of these, and this is a must have but only if you get this, which everyone has these days", no. Came away with a rifle I'm over the moon with, plus a slip for less than half of what my budget was. At no point did I feel pressured into buying something or that I was a burden on his time. Will certainly be visiting again soon.Big thank for making my first step into the hobby a comfortable and very pleasing affair.
The proprietors use misleading practice ie said they will give a full refund for an unused item then when it came to it refuse to do so.I would not have taken the item out of the shop in the first place unless they had said this.*** BEWARE OF THIS SHOP ***
